The Leadership Distillery was forged out of 20 plus years of experience and a passion for teaching, coaching, and championing others on their path of personal and professional growth. Through our flexible process, we empower individuals to clarify their goals, vision, and values to create a personalized plan while remaining true to their authentic self.
We have spent years and countless hours researching, designing, coaching, and facilitating training. Cutting through the noise, fluff, and fads, we distill the essence of leadership by extracting the knowledge, skills, behaviors, actions, and competencies needed to become the leader you aspire to be.

Principal
Carrie is passionate about working with clients to expand and develop their unique leadership abilities. Working as your dedicated partner in growth, to unleash your skills, capabilities and confidence.
As principal of the Leadership Distillery, Carrie brings more than 20 years’ experience as a learning and development professional. Her background includes Fortune 500 companies, the non-profit sector, higher education, accounting & consulting, franchise organizations, and the technology industry.
Carrie holds the Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA), Certified Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst (CPEQA), and Certified Professional HD Analyst (CPHDA) from TTI Success Insights, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certification from the American Management Association, and her Executive Coaching Certification from Kaplan University.
In 2012 Carrie received the Realogy Corporate Services Diversity Person of the Year Award and in 2013 she received the Realogy Human Resource Professional of the Year Award.
In addition to graduating from The College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) with a BA in Sociology and MS in Management, Carrie has also been an Adjunct professor at CSE teaching courses in Management, Organizational Behavior, and Coaching.
